Bob Leitner: President Beau Leitner: Project Manager Beau joined Doyle Electric, Inc. in 2006 after graduating from Washington & Lee University with a bachelor’s degree in business journalism. He had previously worked as a reporter for SNL, Inc., a company that provides corporate, financial, market and M&A news and analysis for the financial sectors. There, he covered the bank and thrift, insurance, and specialty lending sectors of the financial markets. Beau has recently served as project manager for the Kress @ Third and Main, A.C. Lewis YMCA, AG Rehabilitation Hospital and St. Joseph Hospice Center projects and oversaw the completion of the Staybridge Suites @ Southgate Hotel and the New Alex Box Stadium. He completed the ABC Electrical Project Management course at Purdue University in the fall of 2006. Beau is also a member of Forum 35 and the Baton Rouge Electrical League and serves as a mentor to students at University Terrace Elementary School. Scott Bourque: Project Manager Scott has been with Doyle Electric, Inc. since 1981. He started out as an electrician’s helper and rose to the position of foreman before being named project manager in December 2008. As a foreman, Scott was responsible for the electrical installation of the Capital City Press’ new administrative building and its’ production facility. He also served as the foreman for the complex renovation to the LSU Student Union, which has continued to be in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during construction. Scott now serves as project manager for the renovations to the LSU Student Union and the LSU Student Union Theater. He completed the ABC Electrical Project Management course at Purdue University in the summer of 2009. Larry Naset: Estimator Tim Parrott: Estimator Tim joined Doyle Electric in January 2010, following 9 years as an estimator and project manager for Todd Electric and 7 years with AST Engineers. Tim has more than 30 years of experience in the electrical industry and has split his time between the contractor and design fields. He is a 1978 graduate of Belaire High School and a 1995 graduate of ITI, where he earned an Associates Degree in Technical Drafting. Tim also graduated from the Associated Builders & Contractors Electrical Apprenticeship program. He has worked in the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical industries, but has primarily been involved in the commercial medical field for the past 15 years. Millard Williams, David Assaf, and Raul Levy have served as Tim’s chief mentors. He is an active board member for the Baton Rouge Electrical League. Perry Templet: General Superintendent & Service Manager Perry Templet served for six years in the U.S. Army Reserves after graduating from East Ascension High School and joined Doyle Electric, Inc. as a foreman from 1980 to 2006. In 2006, Perry was named general superintendent of field operations. He is responsible for manpower requirements for all projects and oversees the technical and quality control aspects of every project. Kenny Bourque: Prefabrication Shop Manager Kenny joined the construction industry in 1972 after serving in the United States Army in Vietnam. He came to Doyle Electric, Inc. in 1979, where he worked as a foreman on industrial and commercial projects. Kenny helped start up Doyle Electric’s prefabrication shop in 2007 and manages the shop’s daily operations. Les Rhodes: Materials Manager Les joined Doyle Electric, Inc. in 2007 after a 29-year career in inventory management in the chemical industry. His material management career began in the United States Air Force, where he served from 1967 to 1971. Les is deeply concerned with logistics and has written articles on inventory control and accuracy for Inventory Management Update, a bi-monthly magazine. While in the Air Force, his organization received honors in two consecutive years for the “Top Federal Supply Point in the World” and his employer in the chemical industry received recognition by Fortune Magazine as the “Best Small Company in North America” for two years in a row during his tenure. If you ask Les, he will tell you: “Inventory and inventory record accuracy are not subjects that demand profound reflection in the work place. However, when this investment goes afoul, it is often the subject of board meetings, executive council, financial crises, and marketing strategy meetings. Inventory and inventory record accuracy only become great concerns when they are not working properly.” Les has also officiated football and baseball for more than 30 years at the Babe Ruth, Dixie, American Legion, high school, and NCAA levels. Janet Boatman: Accounting Janet came to Doyle Electric, Inc. in 1991 with 23 years accounting experience, 14 of which were in the construction industry. Involved with all accounting aspects of Doyle, she also handles company insurance and works with our CPA concerning financial and year-end matters. Janet has responsibility for accounts payable and receivable and will be the experienced and friendly contact concerning questions in those areas from our customers and vendors. Janet also shares responsibility in handling Doyle Electric’s 401k and other employee benefits. Krista Keene: Human Resources Manager Krista came to Doyle Electric in 2008, bringing with her a wide range of human resources experience. At Doyle she juggles a variety of responsibilities, including benefits administration and payroll and she also supports our project managers and general superintendent with various administrative functions and other special projects. Krista is also heavily involved with Miracle Place Church, where she serves as Care Pastor and she volunteers her time with various substance abuse programs around the Baton Rouge area. Cece Leitner: Office Administrator Cece graduated from the University of Nebraska and subsequently taught elementary school. At Doyle Electric Cece maintains job costing and electronic file maintenance for all construction projects, provides clerical support for project management, and provides management support and encouragement for Bob. |
